Dr Jennifer Green is an Australian orthopaedic hand & wrist surgeon and a founding member of the International Orthopaedic Diversity Alliance (IODA). Dr Green completed Hand Surgery Fellowships at the Indiana Hand Centre, USA and Institut de la Main, Paris, France. She has been in practice over 20 years.

Dr Green is the immediate past Chair of the Australian Orthopaedic Association (AOA) Orthopaedic Women’s Link (OWL) and has been a driving force in working towards the goals of the AOA Diversity Strategy. She has been a member of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons Women in Surgery Committee and the AOA Representative to the Diversity Council of Australia. 

Dr Green is the current Australian Hand Surgery Society (AHSS) representative to the Asia Pacific Federation of Societies for Surgery of the Hand (APFSSH) and previously represented AHSS on the Australian Ethical Healthcare Alliance. She is an active member of the AOA Cultural Inclusion Working Group and is passionate about diversity and inclusion in orthopaedic surgery as a global movement.
