Episode 37. Chuck and Chris have an in depth conversation with Steve Moran of the Mayo Clinic to learn more about his approach in the treatment of Kienbocks disease. Interesting conversation as while all of us consider multiple options for treatment, Steve and his Mayo Clinic colleagues favor treatment of avascular necrosis of the lunate with vascularized bone grafts while our team, for many patients, favors radius shortening osteotomies. Patient preference and indications for each patient are the key but understanding the institutional perspective is helpful.

As always, thanks to @iampetermartin for the amazing introduction and conclusion music. And thanks to Eric Zhu, the Upper Hand intern extraordinaire.
