In this episode he sits with Dr Unni Narayanan from the infamous Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto, Canada. Dr Narayanan is an associate professor at the University of Toronto, Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon, Senior Scientist at The Bloorview Research institute as well as fellowship director of the Sick Kids Orthopaedic Programme.Â
Dr. Narayanan’s clinical practice has a major focus on the care of children with CP in addition to an interest in the management of congenital, and acquired lower limb deformities and length discrepancies and paediatric trauma.. His research program has focused on understanding patient priorities and their role in clinical decision making, and for the development and validation of meaningful outcome measures, and applying these in clinical trials to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and health technologies for pediatric musculoskeletal disorders particularly CP.
