This week we're joined by Bopha Chrea, MD. Dr. Chrea is a foot and ankle surgeon at OHSU in Portland. She recently started her practice there and we discuss her experience doing so. The bulk of the podcast is spend discussing what it is like to review applications for orthopedic surgery residency. Both her and Jie are in the process of selecting applicants to interview for their respective programs, and we talk about what they look for in scores, personal statements, letters of recommendation, and everything else that goes into an application.
