Kyle A. Borque, MD

Kyle Borque is an Orthopaedic sports surgeon in Houston, TX who specializes in soft tissue knee injuries in athletes. He practices at Houston Methodist Hospital and serves as a team staff physician with US Soccer, currently working with the men’s U-23 Olympic team on their road to Olympic qualifying. He served one year as a team physician for the New England Patriots while completing his sports medicine fellowship in Boston at the Massachusetts General Hospital Harvard Fellowship. Following this he completed a fellowship with Andy Williams, focusing on the treatment of complex knee injuries in elite athletes. His research focuses on outcomes of footballers following knee surgeries as well as biomechanical evaluation of the medial stabilizing structures. He treats knee injuries in both amateur and elite athletes, performing approximately 75 ACL reconstructions per year in addition to a strong emphasis on revision ACL reconstructions and multi-ligament knee injuries.
