Lisa and Pete discuss Imposter Phenomenon
You’d never believe it, but a lot of people who seem super-confident, who teach well and speak publicly with great lucidity and confidence, are commonly driven by a deep-seated sense of unworthiness; a feeling that they don’t belong in this space; that someone else would do the job better. The nagging feeling that you’re an imposter!

Turns out we all get it! Well most of us do.

Lisa explains how this sense of unease and unworthiness is both normal and necessary to be a great teacher/trainer. Those not affected, carry an entitlement that makes it hard for them to empathise with an audience.

Pete talks about how he manages it and uses it as a motivating force, rather than a paralysing, all-consuming anxiety. Use it to make you the very best you can be.
