Dr Ernest Sink is Chief of the Hip Preservation Service at HSS &  specialises in the treatment of hip disorders, such as hip dysplasia, in patients ranging from newborns to adults. In this episode, we discuss his journey into a career in orthopaedics, paediatric orthopaedics & subsequently hip preservation. We learn about the importance of training from fellowships undertaken in San Diego, Texas and Bern to developing a large multidisciplinary team at HSS with an academic focus on helping answer questions that will make a clinical difference in day to day practice.
